Can a Georgia Promise account pay for online classes & college courses?

Yes. Core and CTAE online classes from approved providers, and eligible courses and class fees at approved post-secondary institutions.

Do GSNS or SSO scholarships cover online classes & college courses?

No. GSNS pays only tuition and fees at an authorized school, and SSO scholarships are tuition grants, so neither can be spent on online classes & college courses.

How do you buy it?

Through the Odyssey marketplace. Promise purchases are made from the approved products and providers listed there; tuition payments to a participating school are started by the parent in the portal. Transportation is the only expense GESA reimburses.
